Ingredients
2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries or other fruit
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp whole-wheat or all-purpose flour
1 tbsp orange juice
Crumble Topping
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp rolled oats
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 tbsp coarsely-crushed almonds/pecans/walnuts
1 tbsp canola oil
Method
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 4 medium ramekins and set aside.
Toss the berries with sugar, flour and juice. Divide the mixture among four ramekins or other ovenproof dishes. Top each with 1/4 cup Crumble Topping. Place the dishes on a baking sheet.
Bake the crumbles until the tops are browned and the filling is bubbling, about 20 mins. Let stand for at least 10 minutes to allow to cool.
Serve the delicious Blueberry Crumble topped with whipped cream or ice cream!
